We Control The Soar

Driven by a relentless pursuit of innovation, the Winde harness the raw potential of wind through specific crystals called Windows to fuel their technological advancements, economic growth and development.

Appearance

The Winde people are easily recognized by their strikingly pale hair, which ranges from silver to near - white hues, and their rapidly growing nails, often shaped and adorned as personal statements of style. Their love for extravagant fashion sets them apart, with garments that blend intricate patterns, layered fabrics, and mechanical embellishments - often incorporating moving parts or glowing elements powered by hidden mechanisms. Though outsiders may see their fashion as impractical, to the Winde, it is an essential expression of identity, status, and artistry. Their fashion is a form of storytelling.

Society

In the society of the Winde, citizens are free to pursue their passions, provided they prioritize Windcraft. Governance is led by representatives from five schools of Windcraft, each vital to society's function. Wind Tracking forecasts wind conditions and maps currents, Wind Harvest collects and stores energy, Wind Trading manages commerce, Wind Calling manipulates wind through magic, and Folling specializes in seafaring, blending all crafts for naval navigation and safety. These schools form the foundation of Winde society, driving its economy, culture, and governance.

The Winde are situated in the most wind-swept regions of the world, known as The Flapping Ears. Ever driven by a desire to expand their dominion, the Winde constantly seek out new wind-battered territories.
