The Nations

The world's denizens spread far and wide, coalescing in a soup of history and future. There is a place for everyone.

The Seven Nations

Amidst the turmoil of life, seven nations stood the test of time. Their relations are at best rocky and held by the fine thread weaved by potential doomsday prophecies. Shaky alliances plague the political landscape, with the everyday person sick with confusion.

Wisdom Wise

We seek, We reap!

The Wise are a nation of arcane-oriented flowerkin, known for their warmongering and knowledge-seeking lifestyle. They worship the Tree of Knowledge as a God and seek to be the first to harvest its produce.

Appearance

Blessed with a remarkable biology, the Wise are born with bodies adorned in vibrant, blooming flowers. As they grow and acquire knowledge, a fascinating transformation takes place: their petals gradually fall away and their skin turns to a hardened parchment paper. Each piece of knowledge will now be inscribed on it. This transformation signifies their journey of enlightenment, turning their bodies into living chronicles of their accumulated wisdom. They age more slowly compared to other nations, with the average Wise reaching a lifespan of up to 100 years.

Society

The Wise are governed by the Wisest, a single individual chosen for their supreme knowledge. In their society, every individual is both student and scholar, striving to gain and share knowledge. As they learn, their bodies become sacred, inscribed with wisdom, creating living libraries. Physical touch is a deep taboo, reserved only for the closest bonds. Some, called Bloomers, abandon this pursuit of wisdom, choosing instead to live free from intellectual burdens, an idea worthy of exile. Bloomer socities have expressed desire to become a separate nation.

The Wise occupy the most amount of land from any nation, due to their historical warfaring. Their capital and most territories reside on the "Head".

Society

To others, the Wise are an ever-present threat. Constantly refining their understanding of the world, their influence has never been and never will be ignored.
